STIO has set the foundation for its growth in the first 2 years through Povidone – Iodine (PVP) product range. 

STIO selected Povidone – Iodine (PVP) as it is time-tested, trusted, and used worldwide in healthcare institutions as well as homes for the past 60 years. The PVP range has been developed by SLS to cater to this market.

SLS will be the first company in Egypt to introduce the full PVP range including certain forms totally new in this area. SLS obtained EDA approval on 9 PVP pharmaceutical forms with different volumes and pack sizes.      

During the first 2 years, the Company aims to increase awareness and establish the concept and benefit of “infection prevention and control” by launching a PVP product range. Afterward, SLS will launch new products including other antiseptics, detergents, disinfectants, and Sterilants in order to fill an existing gap in the market and complete the product range. The new additions will promote and support the Company’s strategy as the first Egyptian Company to offer total solutions across the cycle of “infection prevention and control” whether in the healthcare system or household.
